Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
