No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I had to wait forever . The Dr. did not respect my choice in delivery method, so I ended up having to find a different provider.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
