I had tooth pain for 4 days. The office was closed 2 days due to family emergency. On Monday , when they returned, the answering machine was on until almost 9am, even though the office opened 8am. When I got someone, they could not work me in until the following Thursday. This is not excusable. Pain did not bother that office, plus, they explained about their lunch hour of 1-2, no apps. Bad, bad experience. Would not recommend.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
