I waited at least 45 minutes to see the doctor every time i went in (patient for over 4 years). Rooms were visibly dirty and dusty. It was not the type of clinical setting you want for healthcare. Bathrooms didn't have soap in them a couple times I used them. Disgusting for a dental office I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all.

The atmosphere is lovely, if eclectic. The staff are ultra-friendly and dedicated. While the dentist and his devoted assistant see to you, the office manager will be banging out your insurance forms in a super-orderly fashion. The whole visit is smooth and worry-free. Dr. Simmons specializes in making people comfortable, so whatever your hang-up is, just tell him! If it's money, fear, pain, looks, whatever-- just tell him, and he'll do his best to find the most workable solution for your situation. Routine cleanings are more painless than anything you've experienced, because he uses a baking soda sand-blaster and a sonic device to keep all that scraping to a minimum. So cleaning is quick and painless. And if you need any major work, you can bet that your crowns will come out beautifully, and he carefully manages your pain and comfort while he works. You won't find a sweeter, kinder dentist anywhere. Scared of the dentist? Hate the dentist's scraping for hours? Not anymore if you go here.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make you feel like a family member.

This was the worst dentist experience I've ever had. They accused me of going to get my tooth pulled in order to get pain killers. I don't think anyone would get their teeth pulled just to get pain killers. I went to the UGA dental clinic instead where they treated me like a human being and pulled my tooth in a timely fashion with out treating me like a criminal.
