Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Sometimes, but not always

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
