I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
