I have been a patient of Dr. Max for over 25 years. . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are very considerate and concerned for my well-being. They Always go the extra mile to make sure my experience in the office is exceptional. They take the time to answer my questions, but they also take the time to know me. I have been through extensive dental work over the years and they have always provided me with excellent care before, during and after. They put their patients first and If I have a problem they work me in so I can get it taken care of with little wait time. Have been an extremely happy patient of this practice.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Dr. Max and his staff are simply the best. I have been going there for over 20 years, along with my sons, and have always had the most satisfying experience. There is never a long wait and the staff is always friendly and courteous. They handle the insurance without a problem. If a referral is required, you can count on the professionalism and quality of everyone involved. I would not be going back unless I were totally satisfied, which I have always been.

After reading Beth's review, I decided to add my own. I inherited Dr. Ferguson after years with Dr. Nable. I was never comfortable with Dr. Ferguson but he was "ok". His practice problem is his wife. Instead of billing me for a balance, she sent it to a collection agency. I wrote the Dr. stating that, when I received a proper bill, I would pay the balance and advised collection agency of same. Two years later, a bill arrives. Dr. Ferguson would do himself a favor by getting his wife out of his office. She is a rude, loud know-it-all. His hygenists, on the other hand, were exceptional.
