Horrible Experience! I will never return. I went for a routine cleaning as a new patient. The office staff was great but that's about all I can say positive about my experience. The dental hygienist was obviously doing the best she could but that was the roughest cleaning I've ever received and I was not a fan of her using her bare hands to position the plastic piece I placed into my mouth for the X-rays. She was however very nice. I wish I could say the same for Dr. Cheryl McMahon-Lee. As a health care care provider myself, I would never treat one of my patients the way she treated me. She failed to say hello, introduce herself, or even bother to explain why she was probing in my mouth. No lie, she didn't speak one word to me. Her exam was done in less than 60 seconds and she turned and walked away, not a word spoken. I was stunned! Probably didn't even know my name. I'm still speechless, how do you stay in business treating your patients like that?! When they tried to schedule me for a follow-up, I very promptly told the office clerk I would not be back!.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
