They told me I was covered for a procedure then sent me a letter a couple of weeks later saying "my insurance decided they wouldn' cover me." Come to find out my insurance DID let them know that I wasn't cover but they didn't want to take the blame and sent me the bill! Based on other reviews they have done this to ALOT of people, which is probably why they make you sign so many papers saying you cant sue them.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
