I took my daughter there 29 years ago and I still remember how kind and professional Dr. Walters was, along with his staff. We might have been one of his beginning patients; I'm glad to see he is still practicing.

Fifteen years ago we started with another pediatric office that made us feel like our daughter was going through a puppy mill. Like we were luck to get to go there. I don't remember who recommended trying Dr. Walters, but we have been there ever since. Smart doctor. Kind doctor. Pleasant staff. Short wait times. Take all the insurance carriers we have tried. We recommend Dr. Walters highly.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

The office staff was rude to us and the doctor considers the kids a "number". We where patients of the other Doctor there and when she left there was no warning, no announcement, nothing. Then it took them 3 years to contact us and ask why we have not been back. When we returned as a patient they treated our child rudely and made her very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this doctor's office.
