Up-charges! If you want the experience of negotiating your dental work like buying a new car this is the place for you. Be ready to pay extra for a normal cleaning. This place is a rip-off and I will be looking for a new dentist.

Since their move to Johns Creek, they try hard and upsell extra procedures. Funny how for years I had no hint of gum problems, then suddenly I need all this special cleaning, antibiotic treatments, la la la....That wood paneling and flat screen in the lobby must really be pricy. Also, never get to see a dentist anymore after cleaning, used to be routine. Think I'll find somewhere esle pretty soon.

Very Pushy to get a procedure done which was not covered by Insurance(For that matter none of the insurance covers that).Went for regular cleaning and they said they cannot do that unless I get the procedure done as legally they are not allowed to.Crap.Will never go there.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
