They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.I have had a few appointment with them the first one blew me away.... friendly, nice, going above the call of duty..... then this last visit I felt like an inconvenience and they wished I never set foot in there. I experienced rudeness in ever form was told my hurting tooth would only get the same prescription as the last visit with a different tooth. WOW!!!! I am not sure about this office first visit service and care was hit out the ballpark. Last visit HORRIBLE..... The only reason they get 2.5 stars is because of the first visit bring up kudos comparison to this last one....

I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
