I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I had questions and concerns. I am a young mother of a little boy.They definitely could have been more polite.They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. But they definitely ran my insurance for billing of a procedure that had not taken place. Since the insurance is billed through Medicaid I'm sure this will be looked into.It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. My child (the patient) was only seen for a few moments but they were adamant that he needed oral surgery, done at the hospital no less. Whenever or if I choose a dentist for this procedure to be done it will not be with them. Nor would I recommend them to ANYONE!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I only had a problem with the check out clerk. She was a bit rude and lacked good customer service skills. My questions were interrupted and she was very short with me. Plus, please smile at least a little! She looked like she hated her job. The rest of the staff including the check in clerk and the dental assistants were super sweet and very attentive and patient. Great sense of humor and very helpful. The waiting room is always full when I take my kids there but I never have to wait too long. All in all, we have a good experience there. It would be nice to go back with my child and meet the dentist and see the area but I understand that would be inconvenient and a distraction to workers. Thank you!
