Five years ago they did a crown on my back molar. But the crown was weak and had a vertical fracture. I went back and asked them to inspect it. They said it would require a cleaning and four molar x-rays at the cost of around $150 since I am uninsured. After waiting for twenty minutes, an assistant began taking fifteen x-rays of my entire mouth. Then the dentist arrived and said that a cleaning would be a disservice to me until I scheduled a deep cleaning with them. They refused to clean my teeth above the gum line. Instead they insisted that the bad crown was my fault and continued to upsell their deep cleaning on an exciting payment plan. They do not stand behind their work and are focused on making money. Another local dentist likened them to used car salespeople.
