I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I recommend Dr. Smith & his awesome staff to all of my friends & family!

I had many problems with the dentistry at this practice. He wouldn't stand behind his work and now I am paying another dentist to correct a lot of his mistakes. I would not recommend this dentist.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to call me with a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Smith is easy to reach in an emergency, It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Yes! They bled for days!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this provider rush your appointment?
Not too much, but somewhat
