PLACE IS HORRIBLE. MY APPT WAS AT 10:30 AM I DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 4PM! THEY PUT ME BACK IN THE DENTAL AREA NUMB MY MOUTH AT 11AM AND KEPT LEAVING ETC SO I COULD NOT LEAVE. WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD. MY ENTIRE DAY WAS SHOT LUCKY ENOUGH I HAD SENSE TO TAKE OFF FOR THE DAY. THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE LIES. THEY OVER CHARGE ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED. I MEAN WTF LOOK IN MY MOUTH SEE THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETEED. I WILL FIGHT THIS UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK

I found the staff rude and unfriendly. I was embarressed when the front desk told me I did not have dental insurance and went back and forth with me, rather aggressively that I did not have insurance. She acted as if I was up to some sort of Fraud. Of course, when I wrote a letter of complaint, I got a bland apology and no explanation as to why the woman said I did not have insurance. Not one owner or dentist bothered to call and apologize for such rude behaviour. They aslo REQUIRE a credit card on file just in case you are late in paying a bill; you must sign an agreement that should you be so many days late paying, they have the right to assess the fee to whatever card you have on file. Currently looking for another dentist - I don't need their high handed tactics! Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

No. It took me several times to get through.

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

The folks at Douglasville Dental knew I had Medicaid and I went in for an extraction. They did my x-rays and gave me FOUR shots in my mouth. After doing all of this, they tell me they will not pull my tooth unless I also agree to have a Bio Plant treatment (which is not covered by my insurance and costs $245). They admitted it was not necessary but the dentist would not pull without it. So I left with a half numb face and now when I go to Uptown Dental tomorrow to get it pulled my gums are going to hurt because of all the shots I had to get for no reason today.
