this practice is running a periodontal disease scam. They are crooks. They took full mouth xrays and told me my insurance covered this. it did not. The dentist spent about 3 minutes with me. Dr, Outlaw -- When I asked him why I had a place that was catching food more than before he said he did not know, perhaps my teeth had moved. The hygienist later said it was bone loss.

The exam areas are many and separated by curtains - about 7 or 8 hygienists. I could hear the hygienist checking the gum depths of 2 patients before she came to me -- almost all 5 and 6, and me as well. I do not have periodontal disease but she claimed I did and also refused to clean my teeth -- which was the reason I came in the first place. They wanted $1800 in treatments. Horrible people.

They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They also UPSELL every visit and there is little to no interaction with an actual DENTIST. The only reason I continued to go here was for one good hygenist, but she has since moved. I felt like this office was a scam and I have never had such a "dirty" feel after going for a cleaning. I have since found a new dentist.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. However they like to force procedures on you and when they make a billing mistakes they are unwilling to fix it. Be careful they will try to schedule you for an appointment that you never agreed to and charge you a fee if you don't show up.

The customer service at the office is horrible. The staff does not address financial issues until the patient comes into the office which requires patients to wait an excessive amount of time. Staff does not provide any information for the corporate office and my overall experience was less than pleasant.
