John T Minturn might be a good surgeon but he and his office do not seem to think your time is as valuable as his. The waits in his office have been hours and hours. They even closed the office on us, lights off and all one evening after waiting 4 hours. Then he came in the room and could not operate the equipment without his staff. No one tells you why you are waiting, no one calls you to let you know to come later (or bring your insulin, or extra tank of oxygen). His staff says to us "well he is a specialist and this takes time".... good lord, I am sixty years old and I have been to specialists before. This is just rude. I won't return if PAID to!!!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I had to wait for a little while.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
