I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
