Dr. Mitrofan is an excellent and knowledgeable dentist. I am very pleased with the job he is doing and never had a problem with any dental work he has done. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Some time ago my elderly mother, the wife of reverend Petru Popovici, (Mrs. Hortensia Popovici) needed new dentures, and I took her to Dr. Paul Mitrofan. He was respectful, personable, and competent. He listened to her concerns and he worked on her with a lot of patience. He made her comfortable and explained the procedure to her understanding. She was very pleased with the results and she said she would recommend him to others.

Recently when I needed dental care, since my mother felt so comfortable with the doctor, and recommended him so highly, I went there too. I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, who worked diligently on my teeth, and saw the dentist on another occasion. I too was pleased with the services provided by Dr. Mitrofan, and with his professional behavior. He made recommendations, but didn't push and allowed me to make my decisions regarding my teeth. Tatiana, the receptionist was very welcoming and competent. I too am pleased to highly recommend Dr. Mitrofan.

Doctor Mitrofan I wish you would be more upfront with your game plan and costs of services rendered. I understand every situation is different but all I had was a filling and a cleaning and my bill changed twice after leaving your office. I wish your front office would put more effort in providing accurate information because then it would match the excellent dentistry you provide. Moreover if they would explain future procedures so we can come up with a game plan on how to execute and pay for it would be beneficial to everyone. I just don't understand this backwards way of doing business. And that's why I can't come back because as a consumer I want the most accurate information so I can make an educated decision on how to move forward. With technology and access to healthcare systems I don't understand why that can't be done you guys know how much my insurance pays before I even get to your office and then once I'm there you know everything else so why can't I leave with accurate information?

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Excellent dentistry with a great team. Excellent attitude and a constant attention to smallest details. I would not go back to any other dentist I've been before. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Great dentist and staff!
