Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not.
