This place is a scam...They will charge you all kinds of fees. I've had two appointments with them and both times my insurances said they over charge for procedures. Please do not go there....You will get all kinds of bills for unnecessary work. The office manger...(can't remember her name) is a scam artist.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

I went to Fayette Dental this week because of the $69 cleaning/X-ray special on the billboard. Once they took my X-rays, they sent the "business manager" in to scare me into over a $2000 bill. They refused me my cleaning stating I need the deep cleaning and antibiotic treatment for over $1000 along with a crown for over $1000. Of course, she offered to finance it since I don't have dental insurance. I wish I had just ran out! I paid which I feel was a wasted $380 to get only my bottom right teeth cleaned. Of course I will have to start from scratch if I take longer than 30 days to decide on the rest of the work.

Every time you go for a regular cleaning, they propose hundreds of dollars worth of deep cleanings and procedures AND want you to purchase prescription mouth washes and rinses. When they refused to do a regular cleaning for my 20-year old daughter because I wouldn't pay for a $250 deep cleaning for "preventive" purposes (no gum disease), I decided to pull my whole family out of this practice. They don't allow patients the right to refuse advanced services. All their staff uses the same script that the "providers would risk their licenses if they do regular cleanings." Hogwash!

Their staff was friendly enough, but i went in as a new patient for a simple cleaning their price was 69 so i thought it was a good deal. when i got there they took a lot xrays, which i did not need because my last dental visit was 5 months before and i had xrays done then. when i refused to pay 276 dollars for their extensive cleaning i was told i would not get a cleaning period and that the 69 dollars was just for xrays. only when i refused to pay did i get a simple cleaning. They also tried to tell me i needed $1700 worth of dental work, which is not true. i'm 34 with very healthy teeth and gum. Do Not Go here!!!! they have very shady business practices.
