User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Mother of 6 yo patient 03/03/2010 They're awful. My opinion. It's a big practice, so maybe they're doing something right. But, I never even saw a doctor because the "administrator" refused to allow me to speak to her boss over a paperwork disagreement. She felt she was correct. I knew I had already reviewed the info with billing prior to the appt. I'm sure she knew she might have been wrong. When I asked to speak with her boss (the doctor we already had an appt to see), she absolutely refused. She made a huge scene in front of everyone in the lobby, and threatened me and my child with the police. My kid was crying and terrified we'd somehow broken a law and would go to jail because we asked to speak with the doctor. So, obviously, I wouldn't trust that place to treat my kid. But, unfortunately, I had to wait around and "let" her call the police, so at least I could let a real cop show up and prove to my daughter that she shouldn't fear the cops, just because some crazy, unprofessional adult made a ridiculous threat. So, my kid ended up learning she doesn't have to fear the cops. But, now she's scared to go to another new doctor because of this woman's outrageous behavior. They're the only full-time pediatric urology office within 100 miles. But, I've made other arrangements to travel for care because the doctor's who own this practice are not being responsible by allowing that type of incident to take place. I wish you luck if you go there. Our experience does not mean that others not happy with them. But, I am in such shock over this unbelievable experience that it seemed appropriate to go ahead and post the details here.
