This doctor was terrible. I went in with straight forward ear pain and he only wanted to discuss a balloon procedure for my sinuses. I really felt uncomfortable with his knowledge base. There are plenty of other ENT doctors out there. Don't go see this one.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.
