They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. Their dental equipment was absolutely disgusting. It was by far the dirtiest equipment I have ever seen. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
