I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
