I don't have a problem with Dr. First, but his staff is a nightmare to deal with. The worst one is the lady usually at the front. She checks people in. She shouldn't have any contact with people. If the staff was friendly I would give his office a higher rating. People need to be able to trust the staff at the office and know they are there to help when you need it. They need to learn customer service or get out of the business. I would have kept paying them, but I need to be treated better. Its not the only office in town.
