I am submitting this for my husband. He broke a tooth last week and called 8am Monday morning looking for an emergency appointment. He was able to get in at 9:15. It was a bad break where Dr Parker could see the root. He treated my husband with no pain and no ill after affects. My husband said he was very friendly, listened and addressed all of his questions. Staff was also very friendly. Hubby is very happy and back to work today! Thank you Dr Parker!

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
