Dr. Lenz and the entire staff are awesome! They have been taking care of my family and myself for over 20 years, I would never think of going anywhere else!

He is down to earth, tells it like it is, and gives honest straightforward answers. I love the fact that you do not need an appointment 3 weeks in advance, just walk in and you will see him, no appointment needed!

You are not just a patient at his office, he gets to know you treats you like a friend. His office staff is great too, so do not mistake their working hard and being busy as 'being unfriendly', that is just not the case. They work hard to keep everything moving smoothly so everyone can see Doc as quickly as possible... If anything, you can thank all the rules and regulations for making more work than is needed in any Dr's office.

I hope he never retires, I hate the thought of ever having to go to some other family doctor!

Avoid Dr. Lenz & his rude office people. You have to wait 30+ minutes in a non-kid-friendly waiting room, even if you scheduled your appointment weeks ahead of time.

Forget asking any questions to try to understand something. They think YOU are arrogant forasking questions to understand the way some medicine effects your kid. There are many other, better doctors & offices in the DM area than this crap hole. I cant give it less than 1/2 a star & I don't get all the positive reviews, except that the "Anonymous" reviews are submitted by people is that office to draw you in & make it look better than it is. Avoid D. Lenz & his arrogant office people.

These office people suck & Dr, Lenz is just adequate.
Always have to wait, get treated rudely by his staff and dont ever want to go back after constantly dealing with the rude staff . They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which is very important for our daughter. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
Elsewhere there are better doctors & nicer office ladies than this place. Avoid the high prices & rudeness or see and learn for yourself.
