Hurt me very badly without warning. Then, acted like I was being a baby after he gave me what's been labels as The Most Painful Shot in Dentistry. That needle was stuck in the roof of my mouth, and the medicine injected quickly. I had a hot, swollen, painful lump on the roof of my mouth for over 12 weeks. The medicine prescribed did nothing to help this pain. The pain from the extraction was nothing. The pain from injecting my palate has caused me to avoid dentists for the past 4 years. Now, I need dentures, but I am afraid to death of getting another one of those shots. I keep putting it off in hopes that I die before I have to have another shot like that.

They didn't help me much at all and I didn't get my dental problems resolved. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The rinsing sink had disposable cups and the sink was very clean. Their staff was ok as far as friendly, but they didn't really go out of their way to help me feel welcome and comfortable. I get the feeling that I should take care of the problem myself until the Dentist can get me in at their convenience.

His desk staff have miscalculated estimates on 3 separate occasions by over $300 the cost of service, billing me months later for what I consider upcharges after the fact. I even discussed the gross error in front of the staff and Dentist and they waited 2 months to upcharge me $270 this last visit - Fool me once, SHAME on you! Fool me Thrice? SHAME on me! I'll be going elsewhere rather than paying his retirement payments as will my family. Watch your wallet with this one.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Everyone was extremely nice and I felt welcome the moment I walked in the door. The dentist was very patient and funny, I was getting my wisdom tooth extracted and he made me love the experience. How many times can a person say that? Honestly, he had my tooth out of my mouth in less than 60 seconds. I will definitely recommend Dr Malkiel to everybody.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.
