They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. The office is in a shopping plaza at the intersection of a very large, busy road. Trying to look for a street address in heavy fast traffic is tricky. Good directions or a GPS will get you there best. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.
