I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
