Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr Schneider is the most thorough, engaging doctor I have ever encountered. He took the requisite amount of time to answer all my questions and did not give me the impression that he was in a hurry, like most doctors do. His office is easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I highly recommend Dr Schneider and only hope that he doesn't retire anytime soon:-)

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
