There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Excellent care, I had an extraction I did not even know it was gone, Dr. Couch was very good to me and made me feel so comfortable. I liked this dentist so much and will return soon. He did not charge me a outrageous fee for the work, very affordable.VERY GOOD PLACE TO GET DENTAL WORK DONE

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. and i recieved the best care during my pregnacy all the way to my 6th month i was able to get my teeth pulled with exceptional care,and total fear,i was comforted to have my extractions done while i was awake . that was my first surgery done while i was awake and it was just as easy as if i were put to sleep lol ty to dr.hayden very much......

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
