Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Call the office for directions, do not put into GPS or it will take you to Summerville, Ga. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. It was very easy to get the first appointment, but I was told I would be contacted within 2 weeks to outline a treatment plan and it has been over a month and I still have not been able to get a second appointment. I called yesterday and was told that someone would call me back today but no one called. Very Frustrating! The lack of contact for follow up visits is not good.

My husband and I have been to see Dr. Blackmon several times over the last year - he and his staff are excellent. I have never been to a dental office and actually had a nice time! Highly recommend to everyone I know. My dental plan is about to change, but I plan to pay for routine cleanings out of pocket bc I don't want to go anywhere else.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
