I've been a patient for years and have sent many others , the practice has gotten worse over the years. Theyre way understaffed and the staff that's there are wonderful but seem like they're doing a lot. Dr. Addison takes a long time to come greet you and starts the procedure almost 30-45 mins after your appointed time. I decided I'm no longer going there because in today's age, there are better dentists out there with better technology & customer service.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
