They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.

UNPROFESSIONAL. These people are rude, abrupt and unprofessional. The associate they have working for them is rude, and cold and wont crack a smile. She told me she refuses to touch child patients as well. She was curt and short with the assistant and ended up filling the WRONG TOOTH in my mouth!! I didn't realize until I got home and I called up. They were apologetic and tried to blame it on the assistants. Excuse me but , YOU were the one holding the drill. They are inept, and scam artists. They try to get you to do all this unnecessary work in your mouth and fund it on a MEdical credit card they offer. I would go to a classier place if I were you. These people are head cases.
