I Love the service provided to me by National Orthodontics! They were friendly and answered all of the questions that I had. The service is great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Sometimes, but you have to really look
