The front desk lady, Tiffany, is wonderful! Scheduling appointments and emergencies are taken care of quickly. The office is beautiful. However, they do not explain to you or your child what they are doing. You will have to ask. You see Dr. Cesar for two minutes each appointment because he is so busy.. Some of the technicians are wonderful and some are rough and rude. We are happy with our child's progress and the changes we have seen, but we are not happy with the way our child has been treated. You are a number and not a patient. We cannot wait for our treatment plan to be over, and we will choose another orthodontist for our next child.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
