They're nonchalant about patients, not really invested in their job. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were aboutu the same as other medical providers' offices. I felt the staff was rude and unprofessional. I got no sort of welcome from them and they weren't friendly in the least. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. They do ok, but I'm just another client to them. His costs are exorbitantly high & staff were very rude when I needed emergency treatment. I ended up in the ER, and although he apologized for their behavior it was weeks & $$$ later. I would not recommend this office or Dr.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
