I got lost, but eventually found it

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They were explained, but not thoroughly

No. I still haven't talked to them.

Brad Ching took my Moms $1100.00 for a root canal in Kona, was halfway done then told her he didn't have time to finish and had to catch a plane back to Honolulu!
He told her she had to come back a week later (100 mile roundtrip drive on the big isle for my 72yr old mom) and he would finish.
He doesnt accept insurance & he will take your money upfront.
He My Mom is is pain for an extra week and very unhappy and will be in pain over Christmas... She says he also made her go buy her own anesthesia to bring to the appointment- gave her a prescription to go get it to bring to the appointment!
"Go drive around some more old lady while I count your money!" ....Guess when you live in Hawaii Kai and your kids go to expensive private elementary school you feel you can take old ladies money and finish the job when its convenient for you.... to all you dentists out there, dont ever recommend Brad "Cha" Ching the dentist because he will make you look bad.

Once or twice, but not enough

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
