Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The asian lady, Janice I think, is so rude and stupid. I really like Dr. Sakuda. Was satisfied with my crown and other related visits, but because of the receptionist, I'm going elsewhere! Janice rescheduled my appointment, for more than a month later, because SHE double booked me. When the insurance did not honor my claim, I was faced with the bill! WTF! Sorry Dr. Sakuda, but you just lost a customer! Best wishes!

I was highly unsatisfied and disappointed with their services all together. Not only because the dental work itself was less than professional but they were unprofessional and downright rude when it came to a billing mistake they had made. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!

My daughter loves Dr Sakuda. He really listens to the kids. She doesn't get novacane because she doesn't like the way it feels and he was very accommodating.
