Several phone calls were necessary to make an appointment. Inexcusable wait time of 35 minutes. Then to be informed that the appointment I made was just a consultation, which had not been communicated to me. Rooms are multi-child rooms with unattended patients. "Sedation" with "generic Valium" is pushed for any kind of work, with an "administration fee" of $200+ for giving it to your child after you purchase the prescription and bring it to their office. The actual dentist only spent about FIVE minutes with my child. I would not trust this office with my child.

This was the worst experience in a doctors office i have ever had, this is the reason kids are afraid of the dentist. I was referred here by our family dentist who wasn't comfortable dealing with the complex issues my daughter had. Upon entering the office you can hear several kids screaming from the back rooms. By the time my daughter got back to see the dentist I had to hear how the dentist was already an hour and a half behind and didn't have time to deal with my daughters cracked tooth. The dentist and the staff were very short with my daughter and not empathetic at all about the pain she was experiencing, they kept telling her she wasn't listening and she needed to do what they said. Then they told me that they needed me to reschedule because there wasn't time and they weren't going to have time to get her in for about 6 days. Needless to say I expressed my feelings to them and I scheduled with a different dentist instead but I fear that my daughter will now be afraid to go back to the dentist again.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The dentist walked away right in the middle of my son asking her a question and didn't come back. She was looking right at him when he asked but ignored him and walked away. They didn't explain charges very well.
