I had a wonderful experience as usual. Everyone from reception to Dr. Zielke are kind, warm and genuine. They put you at ease right from the start. I recommend them to people all the time. I look forward to seeing them every year. This is an awesome practice with caring people. I so appreciate that I see they same staff every year.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I had a list of questions (front and back) when I found out I was going to have a little one. Dr. Zielke pulled up a chair and answered every question without rushing me or making me feel like I was a bother. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
