Was at my apptmt on time and waited for 30 mins. I asked if I could skip the x-rays and exam and go directly to the cleaning due to this delay. The discussion with the hygienist was rude and unfriendly. There was no reason to deny my request as I have been a costumers in good standing since 2010. The real disappointment was that my request and thoughts on the matter were not considered. Due to the lack of customer service, I am moving to another provider.

Most of the care is excellent. An old crown had to be replaced, and was put on incorrectly. That led to massive decay and eventual extraction of the tooth. It's sad that a healthy tooth was lost due to dentist error.
