While I feel this dentist is competent I am not pleased with some of the office policies. I am not always reminded of my appointments and the procedures are fairly expensive. The average wait time for a scheduled appointment is at least 30 minutes past the appointment time. Additionally I often feel pressured to purchase skin care products or botox treatments or additional services which are in my opinion not warranted. Apparently my son spent over an hour in the exam room just waiting and watching cartoons the last time he was getting his teeth cleaned before they finished working on him.
