One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
