This place is one of the worst orthodontic offices in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area. They are shady.

Great doctor, friendly and helpful staff and we couldn't ask for a better orthodontist or office. They always accommodate our schedules and get my kids to come on the same time!

We switched to a different practice in Omaha, because Southwest Orthodontics felt like an assembly line of patients. All the kids are crowded into one small room. The staff behind the counter seemed more focused on my pocketbook than my children. It’s not a terrible dental office, but it’s typical of Council Bluffs.

There are some great people who really love their jobs at Southwest Orthodontics. There are also some serious issues. The Carroll offices are always dusty and their are trays of dusty tools lying around in each room we've been in. I don't think, or at least I hope they don't actually use these tools! The waiting room has been crammed every time I've been there and it has the feeling of going through an assembly line. There is only one office assistant, so think again if you want a receipt at your time of visiting. Even if you phone ahead for a receipt, you have to be very specific if you are hoping for enough details to be reimbursed by your flex plan. However, the Orthodontist and the assistants all seem quite competent and helpful, it's just the dirty, crowded environment really is offputting.
