They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth didn't feel as clean as they could have been when I left. They don't really take that extra step to make you feel welcomed..it's a number and cha-ching $500. later. I'm just another client to them. They are unfamily friendly. We made an apt there as a family and they got 3 of us in having to squeeze to do that. Staff is rude and for what you pay them I would look elsewhere. We are now seeing a dentist elsewhere.
