I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They offer early morning appointments but are closed on Fridays.
